Vacation in South Tyrol: Explore the City and the Land with One Ticket

We provide our guests with the South Tyrol Guest Pass free of charge. With this ticket, all public transportation in South Tyrol can be used conveniently and flexibly. Additionally, the Gampen bunker can be visited for free once.

Public transportation in South Tyrol:

  • Local buses (city, regional, and city buses)
  • Regional trains in South Tyrol: Brenner to Trento, as well as Mals to Innichen and Vierschach
  • Public cable cars: Mühlbach-Meran, Burgstall-Vöran, Vilpian-Mölten, Bolzano-Kohlern, Bolzano-Ritten
  • Cable car to Mendel
  • Ritten narrow-gauge railway
  • PostAuto Switzerland between Mals and Müstair
  • Excluded are: Nightliner services, long-distance trains (e.g., EC and Intercity trains, Railjet, Frecce, Italo), as well as the following alpine lines in summer months: 439, 440, 442, and 444. Additional tickets are required for bicycles, dogs, and other animals!

The South Tyrol Guest Pass:

  • Must be validated on each bus ride
  • Must be validated before each train journey at the station/platform
  • Must be validated before each ride on a public cable car at the valley/mountain station
  • Is valid from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 23:59 on the day of departure

With the free “Südtirolmobil” app, you can easily access information such as schedules, route planning, and stop sequences for all public transportation in South Tyrol on your smartphone.
