We are continuously working to improve our ecological footprint. Here are some examples of what we have already done:

• Our residence was built using sustainable construction methods
• The entire facility is heated with renewable energy sources
• We use water from our certified in-house water source everywhere
• Electrical appliances are at least Class A, and we use LED lighting
• For cleaning the apartments and rooms, we use eco-friendly cleaning products
• Bed linen and towels are washed with biodegradable products
• We avoid plastic-based shower and bath products in the accommodations
• We minimize packaging and only use regional products in our breakfast baskets

We invite our guests to support us in waste separation.

Waste separation is handled very carefully in South Tyrol. Please separate paper/cardboard, cans, glass, plastic (including deposit bottles), organic waste (which we give directly to the animals—please without coffee grounds), and residual waste. Trash bins are located in front of the garage.

We kindly ask you to dispose of your waste carefully in the provided containers upon departure. Thank you very much!
